1. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPANCE
1.1. Choreography groups, ballet groups, singers and instrumentalists are introduced.
1.2. In order to participate in the competition, one must send an application as an attached form and media file on the address or e-mail of the organizer, with a video recording of the applied choreographic performances, no later than the 30th of April. The delivered materials аre not reviewed and are non-returnable.
1.3. Along with the application, a photo of each participant of the group with a size of 2,5 x 3,5 cm is to be sent, with a written name and surname on the back side of each photo.
1.4. After the review of the video material, the organizer sends the official invitations, no later than the 10th of May
 
2. ACCREDITATION
2.1. The amount includes participation, accommodation in a hotel, half board and all program. Everyone attending the festival is considered participant and should follow the rules of the festival.
2.2. The official invitation for the festival is sent after the done payment, 100 euros per person in advance, on the festival’s account. The advance is non-returnable in case the participation is cancelled.
2.3. Travel expenses are covered by the participants themselves.
2.4. The accredited participants have the right for visiting all of the festival’s events.
 
3. TERMS OF COMPETITION
3.1. The introduced performances are evaluated in detail.
3.2. Four disciplines are performed in the competition:
  • Choreography (ensembles, solo) - folk dance, contemporary dance, pop dance, show, dance theatre
  • Vocal - performance of folk song (ensembles, solo), performance of pop song (ensembles, solo)
  • Classical music –soloists, chamber orchestras and choirs
  • Orchestras, folk instrument ensembles, instrumental music
  • Theatre genre – amateur groups of all trends and fashion theaters
  • Fine arts, ornamental and applied creative work and design
3.3. The theme, timing and genre of the performances are a choice of the participants themselves.
3.4. Participants perform one work each.
3.5. One rehearsal on-stage, in the hall, is provided to each group.
3.6. The order of the participants is decided by the organizer.
3.7. For determination of the participants’ category it will be considered their age on the date of 04 of August.
3.8. The phonograms of the choreographic performances are to be delivered on a USB. The name of the participant and the title of the performance are to be written on the package.
4. CHOREOGRAPHY
4.1. Adult groups for Modern Dance, folk dance, contemporary dance, pop dance, show, dance theatre:
  • I      6 – 10 years old    (solo, small group, formation)
  • II    11 – 15 years old   (solo, small group, formation)
  • III   16 – 20 years old   (solo, small group, formation)
  • IV   21 years old and above (solo, small group, formation)
  • V    mixed age
4.2. One pеrformance must to be performed in one discipline and in one adult category. Performance must not last more than 5 minutes.
5.VOCAL
5.1. Adult groups:
  • I      6 – 10 years old    (solo, small group, ansambles and choirs)
  • II    11 – 14 years old   (solo, small group, ansambles and choirs)
  • III   15 – 18 years old   (solo, small groups, ansambles and choirs)
  • IV   19 – 24 years old and above (solo, small group, ansambles and choirs)
  • V     25 years old and above (solo, small group, ansambles and choirs)
5.2. One song must to be performed in one discipline and in one adult category. Performances must not last more than 4 minutes.
5.3. The participants must bring the minus phonograms with minimal quantity of proper back vocals on flash format with them.
6. THEATRE GENRES
6.1.  Adult groups:
  • I      6 – 10 years old   
  • II    11 – 14 years old   
  • III   15 – 18 years old  
  • IV   19 – 24 years old and above
  • V    25 years old and above 
6.2. One performance must to be performed in one discipline and in one adult category. Performances must not last more than 20 minutes.
7. ORCHESTRAS AND FOLK INSTRUMENTS
7.1.  Adult groups:
  • I      6 – 10 years old    (solo, small groups, orchestras)
  • II    11 – 14 years old   (solo, small groups, orchestras)
  • III   15 – 18 years old  (solo, small groups, orchestras)
  • IV   19 – 24 years old and above (solo, small groups, orchestars)
  • V    25 years old and above (solo, small groups, orchestars)
​7.2. One performance must to be performed in one discipline and in one adult category. Performances must not last more than 4 minutes. 

8. HANDICRAFTS, DECORATIVE AND PERFORMED ART  AND DESIGN
8.1.  Adult groups:

  • I      6 – 10 years old    
  • II    11 – 14 years old   
  • III   15 – 18 years old  
  • IV   19 – 24 years old and above
  • V     25 years old and above

8.2. Every participant is required to present himself/herself by minimum 5 creations. 

9. WORK OF THE JURY
9.1. The organizer chooses the international jury members and decides the ways of work.
9.2. Grading of every performance is based on a 10 points system.
9.3. The score of the performance represents an arithmetic number of the given votes by the jury members. Votes nearing an arithmetic number of 3 and above (more or less) are not taken in consideration.
9.4. The international jury has the right not to give some of the introduced prizes, according to the rules of the festival.
9.5. The international jury’s decision is not a subject of complaints and re-consideration
 
10. FESTIVAL PRIZES
10.1. The participants can achieve “Laureate” of I, II and III degree, “Diplomant” of I, II and III degree, “Participation Diploma”. The “Laureates” of I degree awarded with a statuette of the festival.
10.2. Grand Prix and a cash prize of 1000 USD is awarded to the participant who has achieved not less than 95% of the maximum number of votes, regardless of the discipline.
11. ORGANIZATION QUESTIONS
11.1. Data about the arrival of the participants are reported to the organizer, no later than the 1st of July.
11.2. All participants must have insurance during the travel and stay abroad.
11.3. The collectives’ duty is to have proper amount of supporting people that will guarantee the safety of the children.
11.4. Failure to fulfill the festival’s requirements results in an expulsion from the competitive program of the festival.
11.5. All materials (audio, video and printed production) made on the festival are considered to be festival’s property and they have the right to use and distribute the information according to their means, without the payment of fees to the participants.
11.6. The organizer has a right to make changes in certain performances.
